Q: I know it definitely can't be legal to try to fool someone else into paying your ticket but my friend did it anyway. It said silver Honda and she found another silver Honda and put it on there. It was hilarious. How much trouble is she going to get in?

A: Three possibilities:
1) The other driver pays the ticket without realizing that. other than the make and color of the car, none of the information matches their vehicle. If THAT happens, your friend gets away with it.
2) The other driver actually reads the ticket and discovers that the license plate number is wrong, as is the location of the offense. Then they throw the ticket out and your friend may not know about the problem ... until they go to renew their registration or license!
3) The other driver finds ANOTHER silver Honda to put the ticket on!
